If you need help checking compatibility, send the product link and your phone’s exact model name. You can usually find the model in the device’s settings.

Please do not send your device password, account credentials, or other unnecessary private information.

Questions About an Order

Include the following information so we can locate your purchase:

  • Your order number.
  • The email address used at checkout.
  • The product and selected phone model.
  • A brief description of the assistance needed.

Never email full payment card numbers, card security codes, or account passwords.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Deliveries

Contact us if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing components that were listed as included.

Photographs of the case, packaging, and shipping label can help us assess the issue. An unboxing video is not required. If photographs are unavailable, tell us what happened so we can discuss another reasonable way to review the problem.

Cancellations and Returns
