Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase apply to orders placed through olmaverao. They should be read with our Shipping Policy and Return Policy.
1. Your Seller
Purchases through olmaverao are made from Chongqing Diliwei E-Commerce Co., Ltd., the company that owns and operates the store.

2. Selecting Your Product
Review the exact device-model option, product description, material, finish, included items, and stated compatibility before submitting an order.
Cases for similarly named devices may not be interchangeable. Charging compatibility, magnetic functionality, and protective features apply only as described for the selected product.
Differences in screen settings and lighting can affect color appearance. This does not excuse supplying an incorrect item or an item materially different from its description.
3. Prices and Payment
The applicable currency and final total are shown before payment. Review all discounts, shipping charges, and taxes collected at checkout.
The free standard shipping threshold is US$39 after discounts, before taxes and shipping charges. Orders below that amount have shipping calculated at checkout. Separately assessed import charges are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Use a payment method offered at checkout. Payment may be collected when the order is submitted, subject to authorization and order checks.
4. Order Receipt and Acceptance
An automatic confirmation records receipt of your order. Unless an earlier acceptance is expressly communicated, we accept the order when we send a dispatch confirmation.
We may be unable to accept an order because of unavailable stock, an unsupported destination, payment failure, or a reasonable fraud concern. If an order is not accepted after payment has been collected, we will notify you and refund the unfulfilled purchase promptly.
An obvious listing or price error will not be used to impose a different price without your agreement. We will explain the issue and available options, subject to applicable law.
5. Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need a different phone model, an address correction, or cancellation.
We will try to assist before fulfillment begins. Once processing has progressed or dispatch has occurred, changes may no longer be possible. An ordinary cancellation that we accept carries no cancellation fee.
These operational limits do not override statutory withdrawal rights or cancellation rights arising from a shipment delay.
6. Fulfillment and Delivery
Orders are normally prepared within 1β3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery is estimated at 7β15 business days after dispatch, giving a usual combined estimate of 8β18 business days.
Supported destinations are displayed dynamically at checkout. Dispatch may be from our own or partner facilities.
Delivery problems remain eligible for review; responsibility is not automatically transferred to you merely because a parcel has been handed to a carrier. See our Shipping Policy for tracking, customs, and delivery assistance.
7. Returns and Remedies
Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Returns are arranged to a warehouse in China. Customers pay preference-based return shipping where permitted by law. We cover reasonable return costs for confirmed seller errors when a return is necessary.
For eligible returned goods, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5β10 business days after receipt, including inspection. If no return is required, the period runs from refund approval. Shorter legal deadlines prevail.

8. Offers and Product Use
Promotion conditions, dates, exclusions, and combination rules are stated with the offer. Discounts do not remove statutory rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods.
Follow the productβs fitting and care instructions. Do not use a case in a way that obstructs safe device operation. Misuse may affect a claim only to the extent relevant to the damage and permitted by law.
9. Responsibility and Consumer Rights
We remain responsible for providing the goods and remedies required by the contract and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, liability that cannot legally be excluded, or mandatory consumer guarantees. We do not promise that a phone case will prevent every instance of device damage.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Peopleβs Republic of China, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of habitual residence.
Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve a concern. This does not prevent you from using a competent court, regulator, or dispute-resolution body available under applicable law. No provision requires you to surrender a non-waivable right to bring proceedings in your local jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
The terms disclosed when you place an order apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law. Later revisions do not retrospectively reduce your rights for an existing order.
